You are responsible for Your own interactions with other Members and We accept no Liability.

If Your email address changes, you agree to amend Your details with Your new email address immediately or email communications to you will not be guaranteed. We take no responsibility for subsequent loss of mail or any other Liability. If we are notified your email address is invalid your profile will be removed from our database.
You agree to accept theone.uk.com newsletters. You agree to receive newsletter mailings related to your on-site message box, about your Profile status, members who like you and have added you to their favourites and matches. (To unsubscribe from our newsletter mailings You can use the unsibscribe link provided in your profile options).
We reserve the right to decline any application for membership and We reserve the right to remove or edit for any reason any information, text, photographs and/or other data, details or material Posted by You, which is deemed to be unacceptable.
We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account or account data, including private messages by you, to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of the theone.uk.com service without prior notice.
ACCOUNT TERMINATION
If You decide to terminate this Agreement you can remove your account and all associated data via your Profile Edit option.
theone.uk.com reserve the right to terminate this Agreement, without notice, and at any time and for any reason.
We may remove your account from Our database immediately, without notice, if you (among other activities):
i) send spam or other messages with the intention to obtain money or solicit other from our members.
ii) send messages which contain an external URL, or attempt to direct site users by other means, to alternate website or destinations for any purpose.
iii) send inflammatory or retaliatory messages.
iv) direct members to an external email address in your initial contact.
v) send excessive quantity of duplicate or spam contact messages.
vi) use language which may be deemed offensive in any way or send messages containing solicitation for sex/descriptions of sexual activity, anatomy, solicitation of multiple or additional partners etc.
vii) use Your account services for advertising or commercial use.
MEMBER USAGE RULES
Your profile information must not contain:
i) details of Your email address, telephone numbers, surname, postal address, company name, Skype or any other contact information including personal URL's.
ii) Requests for members contact details.
iii) Statements about your membership status.
iv) Any imagery which includes nudity, obscenity, scenes of violence, harassment, sexually explicit or otherwise offensive subject matter.
You may not use theone.uk.com to promote another website, service and/or business in any way.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
You will not permit any other person to use Your membership/account.
You may not copy and/or upload any content any copyright material to your profile for which you do not hold copyright. Doing so will result in your account being removed from the site with immediate effect.
You will not Post and/or reproduce any Content for which the copyright or intellectual property belongs to another party without first obtaining prior consent from the owner of those copyrights.
You agree to hold theone.uk.com free from any liability for anything directly stated or implied within any data held on your account or used in association with theone.uk.com Service.
We accept no liability for any events organised through using our service.
PAYMENTS FOR SERVICE
Theone.uk.com is a free website. Theone.uk.com reserve the right to amend this service in the future, as of 03/02/2011 the full free use of the website service will run for a minimum of 6 (six) months before any changes are considered.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS AND CONFIDENTIALITY

Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit any of Your statutory rights.
FORCE MAJEURE
We will not be held liable or deemed to be in breach of contract by reason of delay or other failure to perform any of Our obligations if this delay or failure was due to any cause beyond Our reasonable control.
GENERAL
All third party rights are excluded and no third parties shall have any right to enforce this Agreement.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to the law of Scotland and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
No waiver by theone.uk.com of any breach of this Agreement shall be considered as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same provision or any other provision.
